On my 05 Cummins the delay switch for the wipers are screwed up. Twist the knob and they work. Turn them off and on again, and they may or may not. Once your past the delay the regular slow and high works fine always. Anything obvious that could be wrong? Probably need to take it in for a new...

My 05 had a blocked EGR, but we do alot of buisness with our local dealership, and they did headgaskets and studs under warranty. Most 6.0 problems were actually 03 and 04, but that doesnt mean the 05s and up didnt go thru some gaskets.
