i have spare vacuum pump, and can modify the lines if need be, already using my spares lol.....and i will just carry around my tm as a backup.....sending you a PM buddy
I am having issues with my boost. A few months ago I made a TM, because the factory system wouldn't hold a steady boost(cracked vacuum line). It seemed to work ok, i could boost as high as i wanted. The issue is at cruise. If i have the TM set at say 10-12 psi max, I am still ending up with 6-7...
i have a complete '95 6.5 from tip to toe.....the engine is locked up, still have to tear it down sometime to find out why. my question is this.....is there any way to test an injector pump without actually installing it?

got the good motor pulled today and went and bought a new clutch and valve cover, oil pan gaskets and a rear main seal. Also had to order a new ring gear for the flywheel. Will separate the auto tranny and good engine tomorrow and get it all cleaned up and painted while waiting for the ring gear...
yeah i have 235/85 16's and by the calculator that will put me at 1900 rpm @ 70. I do a lot of highway travelling and tow a 38' 10000 lb travel trailer several times a yr. should work out pretty well. The 3.42's in 4th will give me a couple hundred more rpm's than the 4.10's in OD did before, so...

Located in Jasper, TX......turbo isn't locked, just wore out. Has a lot of shaft endplay. I have not seen any indication of oil line failure, but there isn't any oil showing on the dipstick either.....ooops
Got the locked up motor out.....figured out the turbo is trashed.....monday will start with the running motor. taking the bed, engine, doors, and front clip from my 94 and putting them on the new truck. Gonna have a lot of spare parts.....
