Change the PMD with a relocation kit. maynot fix the problem but you're gonna hafta do it anyway. on my 95 all the fuel lines were dry rotted so change them. you may have a clogged sock in the fuel tank, someone may have ran a tank or two of BioD and cleaned the gunk out of your fuel tank...

Yes, Ive damaged the fuel line from the fuel manager to the drain and I've damaged the fuel line to the IP. you might have to pull the intake manifold to get at everything. I've went ahead and replaced all my fuel lines because they all had age cracks and were a bit brittle

I'm looking at a Jeep with a Mercedes-Benz OM642 motor in it and it requires DEF, does a gallon last a good long while in a passenger vehicle? My state doesn't have an emissions check, could I get away with using demineralized water in a jam? I read if it's runs empty it goes into limp mode.

Gonna try Technol "Biodiesel B-100 Cold Flow Improver" we're going to have a couple of warm days (60s-70s) which gives me time to empty the tank of my diesel/Kero/Bio/Kleen concoction and see if I get that BioD to work.
