    remove oil filler neck, and grommet. now you can see the IP driven gear, and the bolts that hold it on.

    no, no, no problem, i appreciate the input! mechanic has a genesis, will that work? i can set IP timing with scan tool?

    are you talking about IP timing, or TDC offset? TDC offset was -0.80. had a mechanic in town hook up to it tonight.

    on a scale of 1 to 10, for someone with some mechanical experience, probably a 5. worst part was finding TDC, after that everything really just fell right into place. as soon as i get pictures to post, i will describe in detail.

    ok, gals, and fellas, i'm going to try to post how to install an injection pump on 6.5T. bear with me, and tell me if i have done anything goofy. was fairly simple once i stepped back and thought about it.

    ok, i'll take some pictures, but i don't know if they will be as insightful as some of the other guys threads! i'm hoping things will go relatively smooth. hopefully going to start working on it this weekend.

    got my IP from pensicola today, is there anything i need to do to it before install? i plan on installing it over the long weekend, and then i will be able to let you know how it works. after install, is there anything i need to do? thanks again for all of your info, fellas!

    i put clear fuel line on the return side of the IP, and did not have any bubbles. i replaced rubber line from the filter assembly to the IP. and when i had the tank down, i inspected the lines from the tank forward. thank you for the suggestion! i really appreciate all the time, and effort...

    i agree, was tougher to start this morning. but truck was warm. sat for maybe 10 minutes. well, any other suggestions? otherwise i will be calling pensicola tomorrow. i am out of ideas. i did replace the WTS, but turns out it's not the problem.
