When I recalibrate my vss could I make it so the computer would think I was goin slower than I really am so my converter locks up around 40 or would that screw things up. Rite now mine doenst lock up til around 52 with my 33's so rite now I dont have any giddy up when it locks up. It drops...

What kind of flexible hose did you use for your intercooler.

Should I go ahead and do a complete engine rebuild and have the block honed or bored since I have 189k already?

Rite now I jus have a ds4 pump but I plan on getting a chip made and doing the feed the beast. The marine injectors might help too. I've already got arp headstuds but i'd prolly need to upgrade to arp main studs as well.

Basicly i'm jus looking to lower is so it will be safer running my holset and will be able to sustain higher boost levels.

Does anyone sell lower compression pistons? Can they be custom made if i bought a new set could I have them cut down and recoated?

Thats interesting lol i jus figured that they were kinda fragile. More lyk a radiator. Well in that case screw the guard lol ppl will see it and ask what that thing is under my truck lol.

That idea would prolly work nicely if you had a car, but in my situation I dont think it would be a good idea to get mud, gravel, salt in the winter and who knows what else thrown at it. If you drove primarily on the street it would be ok but if you drive off road you know somethins gonna...

Is there gonna be issues with buying stuff off ebay compared to a spearco intercooler. They are really expensive.

So with a increase in gap and duration would that increase performance at all?

[/URL][/IMG] Would an intercooler like this be big enough it is 22x8x3.5 and 2.5" inlet and outlet both the inlet and outlet are on the same end so I could run both down the passenger side off the intake and turbo.
