2500 and 3500 has propably different programming for transmission, cant tell exactly without VIN codes.
Computer doesn't know ratio in our trucks or tire size either, those must be programmed to VSSB factor, saying it other way computer want only x pulses/mile from vehicle speed sensor...

cylinders are everytime filled full and fuel solenoid controls that spill valve so when computer wants start injection sycle it gives pulse to pmd which closes fuel solenoid which closes spill valve and when injection has been on enough long solenoid opens and spills rest of fuel...
That book is mostly fuel system, and most of that book is pump and ecm things.
There aren't any torque specs, clearances etc for pump, but for example there is pretty well explained how fuel metering system works and things like that (by the way it is spill valve)
No i havent, i have noticed it really gives power at high rpm's, but i havent raised rev limiter. i think it would need at least balanced engine and maybe stiffer valve springs to take more rpm.
I believe too heaths race truck uses rpm to make power.
