    Not your average Dually project....

I still need to trim a bit more, this is just the test fit at the moment. I'll be able to turn a little bit while driving low. For harder turning, i will have to air up the suspension. I got a bit more movement of the wheel up into the wheel well last night. I need to keep cutting until it...

Doug and I got some more progress done last night. Shortening the control arms fixed my wheel fitment problems. Started cutting the driver wheel well out for the tire to pass through and realized that I needed more room that I originally thought. Ended up taking the door off and had to remove...

Well guys.... between Doug (a friend/fabricator) and I, we have got a bit more done. The rear suspension is done except for shocks. Still need to trim the inside panels of the bus to fit the outer duals on. I got my 3" drop spindles and we ended up modifying the lower control arms to accept the...

6.5L would be cool but engine swaps are not fun on vans. No new pictures yet, it's still sitting on jackstands. Still waiting on spindles and need to modify the lower control arms. I couldnt resist... I went and opened my wallet and bought a 4 eagle alloy 058 wheels, caps, lugnuts, and 6...

Well we started working on the bus this week, and we got quite a bit done. New name for it: Project Busted The rear frame rails have been modified with a 10" C-notch to allow the axle to come up into the frame area to lay the bus on the ground. It now has a Parallel 4-link with panhard bar...

Yes I do have a 67 Chevy truck, but thats going to be a long project and it's going to be a full frame off resto. And yes Dave, I still have to finish the datsun as well... I acquired some new parts for the Datsun, like a Dana 60, SM465, and NP203/205. But the bus is going to be done first for...

1978 Nomad Trailer Restoration/Project: 88GMCtruck is at it again.

Wow... your insane Dave! but in a good way of course. I wonder where the batteries came from... I see some writing on them. Overall, I think is was a waste of time for you to buy this camper in the beginning, but you have turned it around and also change my mind too.... Good job Dave.

The Sierra Denali HD if for real...

I agree completely. If they would make other configurations than the CC/SB I think it would be even more popular. I still think it's a good idea on GM's part for this one.

    steering clunk

If the 07.5+ have the same problem as the previous, it's the steering column intermediate shaft. That should be covered under your 3 year/36,000 mile warranty, if your not past that 3 year make yet.

    95 6.5 Turbo vs. 96 6.5 Turbo

Sorry, I'm not quite up to speed on the 6.5's yet.... So, if the 96 truck has a vac system it just plugs in and the 95 turbo will work. Or he can get a TurboMaster for it too work.
