    6x6

I have had to use the winch on ours a few times, but that was early on when we were still learning how to run it. The only time that I stick it now is in bad, deep mud or very deep powdery snow. It will go places that no quad can make it through, even ones with the lift kit and snorkel. The...

    Ford 4000 diesel

Water causes it, and it can grow in as little as 60-90 days. Buying fresh diesel from high volume outlets helps, as does treating your fuel with a biocide if you suspect algae growth.

That 23 hp ought to be more than enough power for tracks. You might have to drop down to the 21" tire if you are not already running that size. I'll post pics when the new one gets here. The tracks that I am getting are a new design by Tim at Adair Argo that give 5 mph water speed on the...

I hate it too. I would much rather keep straight #2 year 'round, and control what additives go into my truck

    Changing Rear Diff fluid

If you are talking about changing the rear differential fluid in your '07, there should be a drain plug that you can use. I have used a suction type extractor on other differentials with success, though. While you do not want to overfill, coming barely up the bottom lip of the fill hole is...

Small Engine repair - fuel leak

I have a generator with a 13 hp Honda GX390 engine. There is a small fuel drip when it runs, coming off the carburetor bowl. The gasket appears to be leaking, but I can't find a replacement gasket on-line. The Honda repair manual list the complete carburetor assembly (for $91), but not the...

    Going backwards?????????

I ran the 120 Predator tune for a while without problems. The throttle was a bit sensitive, though, and you could hear the advanced timing rattle when the weather was cold.

    Greasing a 2007 GM 2500 Classic

Greasing the zerks every 5k may be a bit much. You can blow the boot seal if you add too much. Ask me how I know. :o

    Help New puller

Open Class = Big HP and torque, stout drivetrains, and $$$$$ in order to build enough truck to compete. Work Stock = Trucks that are street legal; typically daily drivers. Go to a few truck pulls and pay attention to the classes as they run. That will give you a better idea of where you...
