Agreed with 100%. From experience You have to get the pump with in the 1.94 to -1.96 in order for it to clear the codes. If you cant keep them cleared you dont have the pump in the range yet. Kepp pluggin away you'll get it.
It does sound like a relay problem to me too.
How bout a bad ground? Have you checked them since the swap? Or maybe one got missed.

If you are comfortable doing so............... I would start the engeine let it warm up and start with one injector and loosen the nut a little until some fuel comes out just becarefull not to loosen it too far. Good idea to wear safety glasses just in case, and be carefull. not hard just have...

both my 94's have 2. It's gotta be there somewhere. It has to be grounded good too. It's the ECM ground. It should come out of the wire loom that is there, bout an inch round IIRC.

The rims on these NEED the ring. They are hub centric meaning the center of the rim is what holds it true. This could be your death wobble cause. If not its prolly the shock seen many of these do just what your is doing. But first get a ring on there.
I just had a wierd electrical one myself.
For a cople weeks prior the radio would lose it memory (not too bid issue these radios are known for that when they start going away) but then one morming no lights, no radio, no blower motor, etc BUT the truck was running!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!? So $19.00...

That is some pretty neat stuff. I knew there were some things that were different but never knew what. I really like the grill setup on the D20. I think that would have really sharp on the Baja version.
