I agree. This is my first CC, coming from reg cab trucks. As much as I love having my fat ass on heated leather seats, I think I would get a lower trim level, just to stay in a CC. Or, buy used again, and have the best of both worlds!! :)
Was online at gmcanada.com building trucks, and CANNOT get much more than work truck type chassis in the 1500 regular cabs, not much better in the 2500HD either. Gears (in the 1500) like 3:08, not much for options and NO 6.2L (Max Trailer Package in Canada.) Have to go extended cab, or CC for...
Hey All,
In the market for a new torque wrench. We have an old beam type (Dad's) that works great, but I miss the convenience of my click type, which was retired due to a broken spring.
Should I get a Matco, Mac, or a Craftsman??
No, and not that long ago, it was $33,000/kg.
Silly question?? Do you guys pay trucking on milk?? And are you required to have extra storage incase the truck is held up?? (inclement weather??)
Thanks. Right now, 1KG of quota is $25,000, and you need 1.3KG/Cow to milk twice a day. 1.5KG/Cow to milk 3 times a day. I do not dairy farm, (farm period.) but from what I was told, the quota exchange is basically closed right now. So, if you wanted to milk, you have to buy an existing...
$11K up here... Yeah, we are still getting it, even with the dollar at par.
do you guys have to pay so much per cow to milk? (Up here, that is how they get you with the quota system.)
Nice truck. Do not think I will ever own one, as I simply cannot chew the $11K option. That is because my fat ass has become addicted to heated leather seats. :) Gassers for me.
Thanks alot. I often wondered about the American way of dairy farming, and the outside opinion of our quota system.
As it stands now, I could never afford to dairy farm up here, would not have enough Money to secure the quota, so I would have to cash crop it. The only way that can happen is...
LOL @ JIFaire... Maybe that is why I am happily single. :)
I am one of the contributors to the Canadian Banks record quarterly profits. Other than some change for coffee, I am a victim of debit (bank, not credit) cards. And now with Tim's taking them, I am even more guilty. :)
I have had nothing but good luck with AC Delco stuff. It is all I use now. I do not buy the lower quality jobber crap, just because I do not trust it.
Hopefully, this guy just switched to NAPA for the bigger profit margins, and nothing else.
