BTW, I still really like this truck. It's comfy for the size and overall does everything I ask it to. Still, 25 MPG is better than the 15-17 MPG the big brother is going to get in the same situation.
Latest two tanks, 85% HWY to and from TN to FL:
1) 24.98 MPG
2) 25.21 MPG
I'm pretty sure I have a DPF issue. The truck is for sure in regen mode more than once per tank. I know I'll get regen 2-4 times a week. It seems like every other day I'm in regen mode. Off to the dealer soon..
No issues! MPG is averaging around 23-24. My daily commute just kills the mileage.
I've got 24K on the truck now... might need tires by 30K, maybe 35 if I'm lucky.
Yep, and with diesels I've always gotten better than the EPA numbers.
The 30 MPG number is for a special configuration only (2wd, etc).
