    Duramax guy? I'll take that as a compliment I suppose....):h Not ragging on his ride....just the amount he paid for it.... Different prices in different areas I suppose...that is about a $600 truck up here....

    A ten year old 6.5 that needs body work and at least a couple hundred (if not a couple grand) in parts and labor to fix the issues you listed for $5500? Steep price Kenny....1 ton or not....

    Check the crossover donut gaskets. Anytime I have had a boost leak on a 6.5 it has sounded LOUD! Also, that wastegate has to be shut quite solidly in order to prevent any leakage. Lots of guys have said that they have wired it shut when in fact there was enough play in the wastegate to...

    The harness and solenoids are located at the rear driver's side head....the solenoid with a green dot is the wastegate solenoid...

    Do you still have the wastegate solenoid plugged into the harness? Check MAP sensor and wiring....

    How are you keeping the waste gate shut? The truck had a Heath Turbomaster on it for a GM4 when you got it....
