Aren't the electric insufficent for towing or plowing? When I changed mine, I didn't remove anything. But I have a LB7. I was pretty much working with the tips of my fingers and it was a PITA.
No, inside the assembly. The wheel bearing is a sealed unit but the grease has leaked out. Def wheel bearing grease. The di-electric would be in the electrical connections. There wasn't any though.
What happened to the tune libraries? I don't think I grabbed my stock tunes. Part of the reason I put them there was just in case my computer took a dump, and my last one did.
Did any of you guys get the low speed abs activation? Mine has been doing that. If you unplug the sensor, there are two spaces deep inside that you can get meter probes in. Put meter on ac milivolts scale and if it's less than 350mv when you spin, that's the bad side. On the good side I didn't...
I'm guessing you are talking about the dewalt bits with the pilot bit built right on the end. I loved those at first too. I bought two different packs of them. I got the medium sized on first, and then I got the biggest kit theey made. They work great, but the go dull and/or snap pretty fast...

I know I really shouldn't be bragging about smoking a hyundai, but those punks pissed me off...
I was told a long time ago that CATs are great engines, but once you have any major internal problems it's time to throw it away and start over because they will never be the same again. This was after we had problems with the NA 3208 in a dump truck. And it never was the same after.
That...
The funny thing is, I got better mileage the last tank. Usually I set cruise at 70 or so. I've been going anywhere from 75-80 and horsing around. Must have needed to clean the soot out.
