Ive got 30,000 miles on my set. At idle cold, they jump a little. Warm they are real close. At any throttle they all flow the exact same.....and have since day one. In drive, brake on, exact same. Rail pressure maintains 25k.
Unfortunately Ive been through 3 sets of GM injectors.
Balance rates good.
What about fuel and rail pressure?

What tuning are you running?
Switch fuel brands. Change filters. I use Diesel Kleen white bottle year round. Opti Lube is a great additive also as is Stanadyne.
Sounds like a bad injector/s to me...

Get one through GM. The Napa bearings are just a tad different. I have a napa on now, it aint right. My mechanic has the GM one, Im waiting on my trans mount from Energy.
Replace the u joints too. Spicer. You can get these from several places....but get the center bearing from GM.

Get lift pumps and mod your turbo intake. You will feel the difference. PM me, I have a tune or two you can check out. They are hot tunes, no pulling or towing. 1200-1400 degrees......unwastegated you can make 40psi. With a boost valve 37psi. I have my boost valve modded so limit is 30psi...
