True. Ive got 30,000 miles on my set. At idle cold, they jump a little. Warm they are real close. At any throttle they all flow the exact same.....and have since day one. In drive, brake on, exact same. Rail pressure maintains 25k. Unfortunately Ive been through 3 sets of GM injectors.

Balance rates good. What about fuel and rail pressure? Loosing any coolant? What tuning are you running? Switch fuel brands. Change filters. I use Diesel Kleen white bottle year round. Opti Lube is a great additive also as is Stanadyne. Sounds like a bad injector/s to me...

Get lift pumps and mod your turbo intake. You will feel the difference. PM me, I have a tune or two you can check out. They are hot tunes, no pulling or towing. 1200-1400 degrees......unwastegated you can make 40psi. With a boost valve 37psi. I have my boost valve modded so limit is 30psi...

me too, I just couldnt do the 20, 40, 70 tunes.... its also apparent you can still drive an Alli even though its retarded through hp :) cuz I beat the hell out of mine too before the stage4.....

The sound is relative to the muffler you choose. The length in particular. Ive had no muffler (too noisy), a bullydog 26" (very quiet), a Dynomax 16" (loud and ricer sounding), and now a 19" AeroTurbine (good sound, loud at high rpm and actually decreases egt, manufacturer says two mounted...

If your tranny is not built, then dont go over 70hp. (just in case you decide to read this reply 4 months later) :)
