Alright, thanks. I found another product made by pac that is designed to be all plug and play with no splice necessary. Its still an adapter that does what a line out converter does but i was told it will produce the best sound and eliminate issues that are common with the cheaper converters.

Cool. I was just told by a guy on DD that i need the line out converter. Where does it splice in? Did you hook yours up at the head unit or another place? I was told to hook it up to the rear speaker wire somewhere.

Anybody have a single sub under the rear seat of a NBS CC? Im about to install that set up and wanted comments from those who have this. I am keeping the stock bose system and head unit in mine...

Also, is it possible the truck is fine and its just the tuner? P0880 is the only code it wont delete out of itself.

After leaving the batteries disconnected all day, i hooked them back up and went for a drive for 10 to 12 miles and the truck drove normally and the cel never came on. After i got back, i checked for DTCs' with the edge evo and it still shows the P0880 and wont erase the code out of itself yet...

I had codes P0880 and U0101 and the truck was stuck in 4th. After cutting off and eraseing the codes, i cranked it back up and it drove fine. I still can pull the P0880 (TCM input signal) and it wont permanently erase. It will go into P.N,D.and M now but i dont know why i still have that one...

What is the best advise you have to avoid this happening?

Guys, can anything fall out of the vb or the transmission side while the vb is being removed from the trans? I want to be careful of that when i help my son with his. Thanks
