Thank you I forgot to check the fuel pressure, it seemed ok when I bleed the air out after the fuel filter change. I will try to do the injector test tomorrow. thanks for your help

i did throw i different pmd on with no change yes i do have a clear line on the IP dont see any air all the ground have been cleaned. It does smoke alot at idle

I believe the waste gate is closed at idle and opens at higher RPM to reduce over boosting, I might have it ass backwards tho.

Thanks Jay That's the problem I have right now,I am on disability so there is no budget for any kind of IP. Just need to get it running the cheapest way possible.

I finally was able to follow AK's advice. I unplugged the optical sensor an it started, but when I unplugged the crank sensor it would not start. I guess I am looking at a rebuilt IP, unless someone has an optical sensor laying around they want to sell for cheap.
