I work at a place that we build prototype engines. we do anything and everything. We have done welding on cast iron but its very difficult to do with out cracking. The cast iron has to be PERFECTLY clean otherwise it will not create a clean weld. And you have to heat the piece up to a constant...
Well since Nov of last year after i got my ATT installed drove it around a little wanting to pull the camper to get a before and after result. As I was driving it one day I heard a pop and noticed I had a nice turbo whistle but my max boost was only peaking @ 10psi.
So after all this time...
I definitely noticed a difference in power, I haven't done any 0-60 performance after results since my ATT turbo is only puttin out 10psi (havent had time to find the exhaust leak) but when I do I will be able to post results. I have already got the pre 0-60 results, pulling a 32ft 7500 lbs...
IMO Anything lower than 20:1 is a pain to start, Slim's truck is a 18:1 truck and he said if he did it all over again he wouldn't do it. The truck is hard starting all the time and smokes everytime on start up and its not because of any injector or pump problems. Its combustion temps are to low...

This pump has 3 years of thick veggie oil running through it, thats abuse for a fuel pump!
I found another one...

It a Custom Deluxe so rubber floors and full vinyl bench seats(easy clean up). the best thing these trucks have that they don't make anymore is vent windows and floor vents below the A pillar, They sure...

The problem was what speed to tell the pcm to lock up. To get it right the magic number...
