Thats what i have heard. 20's are a maybe, sorta like going to a super single... But I do know its gonna cost 19.5's are a thought. Steel rims are easy as teh chev grumman bolt on directly. 18's are still not as common 17's are the best opt for your buck as all the new trucks run them so tires...

Havent installed it yet, waiting for it to arrive. I do have a bud who has one and its a good ride. I do know what you mean though about climbing in and out of the box, I have a step for the hitch and with my short legs its a must have...lol

Just reading this and admiring the pics/work you have done (looks awsome btw) one thing come to mind though. Having the battery so close to the tank and exhaust is umm a bit riske isnt it?

Personally I am not a fan of turning the keys. I too have a 94 K3500 and opted for a 6" Tuff Country lift kit.

If your plugs are working and you have pressure at the fuel filter then it is between the fuel filter and the engine. Whats the temp like where you are? How much fuel do you have in your tank? Have you tested the fuel for water?

I dont know if all of them or at least the 2500's preheat the fuel can as mine does. Its not exactly ideal but leaving the ign on for 5-10 mins on my truck and you can barely touch the fuel filter canister. This I am sure helps withthe starting process especially well in cold weather

Another thiing I have seen happen is also the ign key could be the culprit. When the power dies out on you have you touched the key at all. try to wiggle it around and slightly turn it (not as far as to recycle it to the next/previous stage). I have had a few vehicles where that was the issue.
