I forgot to respond to a couple of questions.
I did not install this engine, The guy who did the conversion was, unfortunately, unable to keep it and sold it to me for $500. CRAZY! the work you see on this thread is what I have done.
Finally uploaded some videos to youtube.
- The engine running when I first got the truck.
- Moving the truck back and forth a bit (video is still processing when I posted so you may get an error)
I haven't looked into tuning the injection pumps but I'm pretty sure it will be taken care of through the computer with a tuning program.
If anyone has any recommendations for a tuning program or software for this engine please share.

Got the manifolds and turbo back on.

FABRICATED AN ALUMINUM INLET FOR THE INTAKE MANIFOLD ELIMINATING THE AGR.
3D PRINTED A BUSHING TO FIT A 2" SILICONE COUPLER.
GONNA CUT THE PIPE SHORTER WHEN I GET ALL MY SILICONE COUPLERS.

Yes, the 4 bolt pattern you see on the intke manifold is where the EGR goes.
I dont think i can plug it, thats where air goes into the engine lol.
I was thinking i may have to just connect it right to the intercooler.
