Thanks. Can you PM me when you start the new thread as I don't check this a lot since my truyck is back in the state and I won't be back to it for a while.
All you need to turn on the fan with the AC is a signal to the relay controlling the hydraulic solenoid and a diode to prevent the temp signal from turning on the AC compressor. If I remember right the Hayden controller has the diode built in and is adjustable for activation.
1: Unplugged it.
2: Uncovered it.
3: Drove it 5 miles to the gas station.
4: Put in Fuel Treatment.
5: Filled up tank.
6: Drove it 5 miles back to mom's house.
7: Covered it back up.
8: Plugged it back in.
Looking for the pickup, chassis cab has different frame. Also could use the 73-87 if you have them or the 88-92 1 ton should be close enough. Thanks again.

GM Guy, you rock! That should have what I need for what I'm thinking about. I just looking for things such as length, width and the heights of the frames. I have some ideas and this info will help me decide which way to go with it.

Got mine from them. Great customer service and it works just fine.
No core charge means you get to keep your old tranny for rebuilding later.
No shipping charge.
3 year warranty.
1400 buck shipped to the shop on base I was using.
Aces,
Letmeknow if it fits right or not. The one I got when my trans went bad wouldn't fit right because it was hitting the filter/pickup and not seating against the case flange. I think they sent me the wrong one but I lost all my paperwork on it so no way to return it. I'm thinking I may cut...
Ditto here, the thing like to scared me to death the first time I primed the system:eek:, but after it pumped fuel it was fine and I can only hear it when I wait to start it.
