Hey thanks much on the congrats! Children are a blessing for sure.
OK, I've seen some of the shuttles with 12-13k hours on them. Should I stay away from something with that high of hours? Know of any reputable re-builders?
Gents:
I'm in the market for a 7.3 shuttle bus for my ever growing family (http://www.ourfullhouse.com/home/14-babies/652-titus-jackson-redman-is-born.html) << baby number 11 is born on the 2nd of Feb.
Anyway, I've been looking at the Champion/International 3400 chassis with the 7.3 (open...
Just received this:

A number of you have given me some very valuable input on the various issues that I've had with the suburban over the past few months, and for that I'm quite grateful. What I'd like now is some feedback on what you would do if you were in my situation. The suburban continues to decline in how...
List of woe's increasing. Started burb the other day and it ran fine. Driving down the road it decided not to shift and any amount/variation of throttle pushing didn't do anything, not even revving up. Drifted off road and shut her down. Started back up and she ran without issue.

Update:
Charged batts, checked FM to ensure fuel was flowing...it was. Forgot that the GP and SES light had been coming on, so realized the ECM fuse must be OK. It started right up without issue. So...again I was driving, pumped the peddle hard and black smoke...like popped the peddle and it...
Morning:
Driving to the FOX Theater in Atlanta last night for an event, we were 5 mins from arrival when I accelerated, black smoke resulted, and it just died. I was unable to get it started.
I put in the spare PMD and nothing. I'm thinking fuel pump or pump relay. Seems to be to be a fuel...
Just checked with old PMD. Injection pulse width error still there...but the old one introduces other DTC's. One thing I'll mentioned...ever since we replaced the computer module, getting it to connect to the software has been a major challenge. Testing the connection proves successful, but...
