they said i have to change the fuel lines both fuel rails, pump, fuel sending unit, filter, injectors, and i think maybe the tank it seemed like bs to me they said on the lines that they couldnt just blow them out because it could be crystallized in there

well i tried that and it didn't work. i think my fuel pump is out because it didn't even make any noise when i would turn the key forward and not start it to see if it was working. so it may have been the fuel pump and not the filter that made the truck to die. i mite as well upgrade the system...
