I am kind of new to DP but when I found the site I felt like I had missed a lot, by not knowing the history of the site and that sort of thing. It was kind of like walking in to the middle of a movie you don't really know what happened before you got there. So I think it is really kind of cool to be here at the beginning, this should be a lot of fun. This site will explode over the next few days and month's and it should be a fun ride. Pepperidge, I see your from Slidell, could you send over 10lbs of Boudin and 30lbs of crawfish, there hard to find in Georgia.
 
Had some fried this weekend with some etoufee (however it's spelled) at a place in Atlanta, pretty good, but man would I love to have some boiled:D
