I can tell you that he does, and it works great! Send him a PM. I think I can dig up a few pics of the one I installed.
I know these pics are on my HX turbo, but this kit will fit the GM turbo, and I believe the A Team as well.

I need the turbo drain kit for my ATT as well. I'm gonna have to wait for the wallet to bounce back a few weeks from Xmas.
