Where's a good place to buy a new AC Control Head?

Mine has been acting up for a while like switching between defrost and heater and hot and cold, now the AC blows nothing but hot air. Last summer started off the same way then it got better and I made it through the summer without replacing it. I know there are several other things that can cause this but I know the control head in the dash is bad so I thought I would replace it and go from there.

Dealer. See if they will give you a lifetime warranty on the replacement. (Good wrench plus.) Also they can return electrical parts if it is not a cure. Yes, I mean use the service bay. Yes they can fail again in a short time and have on me.

With your 1995 it is very likely and common for the control head to fail as described. So if you can't get a lifetime warranty start with that part.

'techchoiceparts.com' and ebay come up in a search around $125.99 - $155.60

Got mine off ebay and remember the 1995 is a unique part and I mine did look different than the original I pull out. I seem to recall it was reworked (hopefully for the good)

Was the one from LMC remanned or new? Mine has given me trouble for several years. The recirculate will start up on its own and then switch back and so forth. So far, that's the worst of it, but it's irritating and I keep wondering if it's going to quit some day when it's 95 degrees out and I'm dressed to go to a wedding or something that's an hour away.

It looked to be a completely new assembly. As it's been a year since I installed it, I wish I'd saved the box so I could confirm labelling & possibkly mfgr.

LMC uses a range of vendors, both aftermarket & vendors that supply GM/OEM replacement parts. Some of the parts I've sourced from LMC have come in AC Delco original packaging, while some were obviously sourced elsewhere.

I've been happy w/ the quality for $/cost on all the parts I gotten from LMC. I have an advantage living about 45 minutes away, so I can order "will call" & pickup the parts in person to check them over before I buy.
