So the IP fitting is steel, and the elbow is aluminum?

This is not the 1/8"MPT to 3/8" barb, it is 1/4"MPT to 1/4" barb, but it is the style I like to use on fuel hose. And that is a 1/8"NPT tap, not relevant to the fitting.

Both the elbow and the IP fitting are steel. I was incorrect on the elbow. Just confirmed myself.

Great idea. But, I'd be more inclined, to buy, if the "package" was more complete. Perhaps even sell the lift pump as well.

Regards,
Art

Art,

Ask and you shall receive. Although I won't get into the lift pump business, as you can get them from several vendors, including my friend Bill Heath, I have created a package that is complete with fuel line (biosafe, high heat, 250 psi), fuel line protector, and fuel injection clamps for both ends. 3 packages for FTB are now live on the site. Also, as my customers know, all products come with a sweet "brand" sticker and a little yummy treat for after the job is complete.

Complete

Fittings only

IP Fitting only

Thanks very much. We will continue to add new products for our trucks as they become available.

Have you already shipped my order ? If not, wait a bit, I'm interested in a full package.
If it's still possible lemme know

Can you specify what the extra length of hose is about? Does it go from the hard line to the flt mgr? Nice work here too.

I really think people taking their flt mgr out to do all this work would aslo buy the viton O-Rings you said you rebuild them with if you offered them as another item. I know I would when it comes time for this.

Veg_OUt, if I am remembering wrong I apologize. I swear I read you did the viton thing. If i'm wrong let me know.

Yes, the kit is shipping with enough hose to go from the IP to the filter manager, then with enough hose to replace that little section behind the manager to the pipe. (If you don't change this hose when doing this project, you will regret it later, I promise.)

I changed mine with o-rings from the dealer. They come standard now with Viton on the water sensor one and I forget on the bottom one. I'm still trying to figure out whether or not to carry them. Don't wait on me for o-rings!.

Is Everything made in USA?

Big thumbs up to you! I am glad you offer varying levels of the kit so one on a budget can still do it. I am gonna wait till 1) i have money, and 2) when the motor is out of the truck, then it will be a piece of cake!

The package is kitted in the USA, in my shop, the fitting is machined in the USA, in my machinist's shop, the fittings, however were made in China. I am unable to source any fittings made in USA. The hose is made in USA.

Hey you tried!

It'll fit in nicely with my Mexican Alternator and my Injectors from India :)

BIG BAD AMERICAN TRUCK! Pop the hood and says 'made in mexico' on the shiny new alternator........ LOL........... Autozone Gold LIfetime Warranty. (Just means it will break). Saved my old core having it locally rebuilt, wound up tight for plowing)

VegOut, how many O-Rings are there inside the Flt Mgr Assembly? The large one at the heater bowl, is there another?

Also, when you attach the 3/8ths hose to the hard line behind the mgr, is there a factory hoseclamp to remove and replace, or do you need to cut and slide new over and clamp?

And the backup screen that is in the mgr, how does that attach? Is it just pressed on, and pulled off with pliers?
