Was headed over to my dads house this morning for breakfast when I got behind a guy in a s-10 blazer running 5-10 mph below the speed limit. We are on a two lane road and I know there is a straight where I can pass coming up. Well the dude flicks a a cig backs towards the truck right before we get there. I was going to pass him anyways, but since he decided to throw a flaming object out his window I thought he must like smoke (and he has his window down to boot ):h ). So I am passing him at light throttle and i time it just right as I was right next to him. The truck goes from 6th to 4th and fuel builds up as the turbo lags for second. Right as I get as his front bumper, it is finally in 4th and the turbo catches up. Black cloud envelops the Blazer, no doubt part of it goes into the cabin of the Blazer. Fun stuff. :driving: I wouldn't have smoked him had he not flicked his cig back at me.

No my late uncles, my dad is "leasing" it to me. GMAC is suing me, and I am countersuing right here in my backyard. It is the best possible scenario for me. They could have drug it out for years and ruined my credit for a long time. This way if I win, I will buy my late uncle's truck, if I lose I will start making payments again on a truck I don't own. I believe a jury or judge in my hometown will see things as "They sent you a signed title, you don't them anything." I am countersuing them for the value of my truck, which I lost as a result of their neglience in not verifying/holding the money in the other guys account and for them trying to ruin my credit, plus lawyer's fees.

My lawyer is very suprised that they chose to sue me so soon as it has not even been 90 days since my account went overdue. Wish me luck on this and please pray for me if you will. :thumbsup:

In Cali it is like a 1000 buck fine for throwing one out because it considered throwing an incindiary(spelling-something on fire, lol) object from a vehicle. They do this I suppose because of the wildfires and the fact that lit cigs start some of them.
