Who has installed an EGR blocker plate?

Soak 'em. Let them sit for a couple hours, soak them again and then crank on. They tend to get baked on with the heat.

Thanks for the fast reply. This place is starting to remind me of the old place when the times were good....except this one will stay that way. :smile5:

Everything I've read says first soak them for a good long while. Then find that which hopefully yet lies between your legs and not in your significant others purse and prepare to knock some skin off your knuckles when the nuts come free. I guess they're on pretty tight. :D

i told you you they were on there:D. will you rethink removing it when going to the dealer now:D lmao you gotta get in there and give em hell. they get baked/crusted/rusted to the pipe from the heat cycles and are tough.
