OK I got U1024-Loss of serial communications for class 2 devices
, U1026-Loss of ATC Class 2 Communication
, U1041-Loss of EBCM Communication
, U1064-
Loss of Communications with DIM

I didn't limp the tranny, this time. No lights or anything.
I just decided to check to see if there was any codes. I had
laid the hammer down for a bit and of course it was shifting
funny. That's why I haven't been beating on it, I've thought I
had a problem with the tranny. Now I'm begining to think there
may be an electrical problem. Why is it that it keeps throwing
"Loss of communications" codes when it shifts funny.
Today it was just hanging on the shifts for a long time.
Did get it up to 30lbs boost though.

I just checked another thread I started and it's the exact same
codes as last time. WTF!

for some reason im having a brain fart with the name or maybe i got it but we replaced i think the tcm or whatever is mounted right on the side of the tranny due to similar problems with my moms 02. when i think of it ill post again:nonod:

*NSBU* neutral safety backup switch/unit. mounted right on the side of the tranny and it solved our prob.

Same codes? I replaced my nsbu switch once already. About a year and a half or so ago I guess. I can check my connections on it. My concern is that it is losing com with every module. So my guesses are either a short on the com line (and I have no idea where to look for that, guess I could get a pinout of every module, un-plug them all and check each one individually)or a bad ecm. Possibly just a bad connection to the ecm.
