What what size is actually 315/70/15

Is that size a 35 inch tire?

I can't seem to get these numbers right. :noidea:

Do you mean 315/70/17? If so, they appear to be 34.4" diameter according to the ones at tirerack that have the diameter listed. (it is under the specs tab)

similar to a 35" tall tire that is 12.5" wide

oops i thought it was a 17" rim, i see its a 15 that will be shorter, but 315mm is 12.5" wide still
