What the hell did I buy? Holset HX40...

This turbo came up on a police seized asset auction. Don't know anything about it beyond what you see here. What did I buy? Is it worth modding for my 6.5, or should I just re-sell it and get something else? I'd like to do a CKO HX40II turbo except without the China Knock Off part. Doesn't seem that Holset makes a turbo just like those. Thoughts? Ideas? Offers?

Google tells me this is OEM for an 8.3L Cummins. They are rated from 260-400hp.

It would be either a 16 or 18 cm turbine (look inside the turbine) Dodge used the 18cm on the 5.9 cummins for some years mine is a CKO that replaces the Cummins 8N turbo and claimed to be super 40 spec. however it's a CKO and works just fine on my Burb w/4.10 gearsets.

The 4" T4 turbine outlet requires an adapter to T3 configuration.

Spool valve it to get the T4-T3 conversion.

Looks like a 19cm turbine housing. It's a genuine Holset. With a 14cm t3 housing it will work nicely but the t4 housings spool very hard .
