I'd say it's been worked hard. I would guess he's hard on the brakes from the looks of the front wheels. Likely worked alot harder than the maint. given to it but still, the price might make it worth a look.
 
Wait, I thought Duramax engines didnt have lift pumps? Is it aftermarket?

I agree, it looks like its been worked, but definately worth a look.
