Hey guys just picked up two turbos, one off of a CAT 3116 and another off a mack truck. The CAT turbo looks like it was built by CAT and has a split t3 or t4 flange, anyhow the one Im having trouble finding info on is the Airesearch turbo off of the mack. It has a split flange which i think is a T6.

The Airesearch
Inducer:65mm
Exducer: 93.8mm

serial No. SFR0405 R
It also has M11 on the intake housing and "11" on the body

The intake is 3.5"
exhaust is 4"

The Air Research, is actually a re-badged Garrett, and the turbo from the Cat, will be a re-badge also. Without seeing it, our guess would be a Schwitzer (4LE303). Hope it helps you in info searching. Compounds.....??? This sizing for secondaries would require copious amounts of fuel.

Ha no compounds yet I just picked them up cheap and hope to resell. Yeah i knew it was a Garrett Im just having trouble finding another one like it online to find a value for it. The Garrett is non waste gated

The CAT turbo is internal waste gate and needs rebuilt, here are some pictures

will do, I know it was off of a 1977 mack inline with an inline 6

Ill post the other number on the turbo tag, this is the one i had posted first: serial No. SFR0405 R
If you mean the build plate on the engine thats about an hour away, should have written the specs down.

Just cleaned a little on the plate and I found the label P/N so the part number is 631GC5106X I was unable to find much from google with this number.
