Tow tune

Hey, new here, and have a question about a toe tune in the library. There is a 90hp tow tune; does anyone know if this tune has a turbo brake?

I ran that tune for awhile, it doesn't have a turbo brake though.

Although if you already have a tow tune there are instructions on tuning in a turbo brake on this or other forums. Not sure where but I know I saw one.
