top of bedrail grab bars with lights?

just woundering if anyone knows where to get a set of the bars that sit ontop of the bed rail with lights built into the backside. i seen a ford today with em and when hed brake the would light up or when he turned they would blink. any info would help thanks. oh i got an 2007.5 lmm if that will help
