Flipping through catalogs, i'm convinced on the Streetdampr. I was wondering which form of balancing i need? Internal or external balance? i would like to put one on dad's 98 and my 91. 5.7L Vortec and 4.3L TBI, respectively.

Any input appreciated, thank you!
