Steering shaft questions

Hey guys, looking for some information here. I want to get a borgeson steering shaft for my truck in preparations for future upgrades. Unfortunately they have them listed for the 79-94 pickups and then 99-08. Will the 79-94 shaft work on my yukon? i cant see why it wouldnt but figured i would ask. Thanks, Tyler
 
Offhand, No it won't. The 1995+ has an airbag and thus a different column design. The 99-08 had a different body design and way different shaft. Call borgeson for a confirmation or different unlisted part number that may work.
