Probably the synchronizer relay for a Borg Warner X-fer case.

I am pretty sure my truck has that same relay.

That synchronizer relay is not a normal relay, part #12182086 & pricey.
It is a solid state controller that GM put into a normal relay container.
The older units actually used a normal relay.
GM has people who do nothing but dream up new ways to connect 2 wires
and that is the best they could come up with.
