I picked this valve resurfacer up for a $100. There have been times I could have used one for small engines, I'm sure it will come in handy eventually.

Valve stem in the chuck, carbide cutting bit in the tool post, cross slide at the correct angle for the valves in question.
Won't work on all valves,..depends on material used.
