Reasonable Price for LB7

I just ran across an 03 reg cab LB7 and the owner had it priced at $14,000 with 66,000 miles. Is this a good price? We are looking to use it as a plow/work truck for our construction business. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
do some research on auto trader and so on. that seems a bit high to me as the market has dropped alot since the diesel hit 58 bucks a gallon:D.
