I purchased your relocation kit and it went right in no probs. The old PMD would work for a while and quit. I've read they would do all sorts of squirrely crap before totally dying. My son parked his truck, 1500 NA, the next day it would not even attempt to fire. After checking the obvious fuel feed stuff, I decided to pull the PMD out of my truck and plug it in to his truck. it fired right up. The question is, How can I walk up to a truck and determine "Yep, PMD, better call PMD Cable and have them mail me a new one" without all the trouble of checking grounds, fuel, sensors, wife's PMS schedule etc?

Basicaly you can't. You would just be guessing. Its better to check the free stuff first anyway.
Thanks for the purchase.
