Changed the oil and filter a few months ago on my 05 LLY. Made a remote mount filter setup (about 10" away so not very far, on the frame rail) to run a CAT high efficiency filter.

Oil pressure until I warm up is about 60psi. Once warmed up at Idle I drop to about 25-30psi, soon as I touch the gas I'm a little under 60 (about 55 or so). Sound about the same as everyone elses here?

Low oil pressure alarm is at 9 PSI. (On 2008 anyway.) Oil pressure always looks a little low, as in not at 40, on GM diesels at idle after they warm up.

Good to hear guys thank you. Caught me off guard when I glanced at it when idling and the pressure was so low haha. Really liking this truck.
