No reverse

So I have a 4l80e transmission I just put in my truck and I have no reverse,.. all other gears work fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Your reverse band pin may be worn out. Pull it out an have someone weld a couple thousandths or so on it. Or by a new one.
