I'm gonna recheck battery connection.. computer shows no codes other than 12 . I check the oil sensor, crank sensor.. we pulled the wires off them and they coded the computer. Engine is the 6.2 conversion in this 94 6.5 any help would be appreciated..

It takes quite a bit of cranking to purge the ip and inj. lines of air. It will self bleed. Crank for 30 seconds, rest starter for several minuties, crank rest ,ect. Is the fuel shut-off solonoid straight up? Ip timing needs to be close to start. Time set and tdc offset learn can't be performed untill engine is at 170f or more

Did the truck run before the engene swap? What was known IP issue before, maybe it wasnt that.

Did you time it correctly as far as IP position? The timing marks are different on a 6.2 so the line might be in the wrong spot, compare the 6.5 and 6.2 and ensure you lined the IP up correctly.

Try unplugging the optic sensor, black harness on top of IP and see if it starts.

When you pull the crank sensor does the cranking go smooth like not even trying to fire?

Bleed the fuel filter to remove air up to there.

Cranking may take as much as 5 to 10 minutes.

Follow Bk95td instructions.
