Hello all. I am a retired GM test driver. I have a 97 Chevy Silverado with a 7.4, 4l80e which I bought new in 97. It has 160,000 miles on it and it runs great, (well it did run great until I broke a shift cable on it, now it is starting to be a money pit. But that is for another thread). I pull a 2003 26' Jayco fifth wheel with it around the great state of Michigan.
 
Welcome to The Truck Stop! I do believe you will find several other die hards around these parts. You'll also find quite a bit of knowledge about the GMT400 like yours and I would guess you have some to share as well. Glad to see you checkin' in...:thumbsup:
