The cr has varied slightly thru the years, but 0.010" won't lower any of the ratios significantly - main thing to remember is the 6.2 pistons are for naturally-aspirated service, no turbo - the 6.5 pistons have thicker crowns and are hard-anodized to withstand increased temperatures in turbo applications - other than different block\head water-passage configuration between the years, all else is same - if you just want a running engine, it is doable - if you have a heavy right foot, anticipate damaged pistons, etc.............................
