Need small grease gun knowledge.

Leaks back through the pull rod. Won't hold pressure and finish a tube. How does it work???

sounds like the rubber on the plunger has failed or maybe too much pressure pushing grease past it

Plunger missing....Busted off the end. No threads or retainer. I remember putting back on once. Actually twice both ways. Looked in old tubes...musta fell off.

Loose nut on the plunger will do it every time. Go get a cheap grease gun.

I used to carry one of those back in my Armor Officer days in the Armored Cavalry! Sure could spit out those .45 ACP rounds in a hurry. Might just be the best solution for his 6.5!
