Need A Good Belt / Disc Sander Combo

Anyone know of any good ones?

I had my eye on one made by Eastwood, but I guess they don't make it anymore or it out of stock, because I can't find it.

Most of the other ones, people complain about them not being Powerful enough, but they never say what ones ARE Powerful enough.

I'm looking to spend less than $200.
