Would it be better to take readings when the engine is warm or while driving?

Better with it warmed up. Your act. & des. timing is high but that is probably due to a cold engine with high idle and pcm induced timing advance. Leo

Ideal TDCO is -1.94 but your is well within acceptable limits. Definitaly do it again warm. You were at 70 degs.
